The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, making the stay enjoyable. However, the dining area can get quite crowded during peak hours, and the cleanliness of the beach leaves room for improvement. The overall experience is pleasant, especially for families looking for an active holiday.

We had a delightful stay at the hotel, largely thanks to the amazing entertainment team and the variety of dining options available. The staff was attentive, and the facilities, especially the kids' club, made our family vacation enjoyable. However, the initial room mix-up was a bit disappointing, and the noise from the activities at night might not be ideal for everyone.
